UK Shipping - FREE on orders over £30

Standard Delivery (Orders over £30) - Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - FREE
Standard Delivery (Orders under £25) - Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class - £3.99

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch. 

Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Unfortunately in some circumstances, delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail. This is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. Please allow 5 working days before you contact us if you have not received your parcel and we will be happy to help.

International Shipping

Europe:
International Tracked - £12.99

Typically for Europe the delivery aim is 5-7 working days after dispatch (3-5 working days for Tracked). Please allow 12 working days from dispatch date before contacting us if you haven't received your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delays during shipping or customs. 

Everywhere else:
International Tracked - £19.99

For everywhere else the delivery aim is 7-10 working days after dispatch (5-7 working days for Tracked). Please allow 12 working days from dispatch date before contacting us if you haven't received your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delays during shipping or customs. 

International Shipping – Customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes due on their order. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Processing Time:

We aim to dispatch dog accessory orders within 1-2 working days. During peak times, such as Christmas, this may take 3-4 working days.
